A well-established and growing outpatient practice in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Board-Certified Pain Management Physician to join their collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This part-time opportunity focuses on providing high-quality, evidence-based care to adult patients experiencing acute and chronic pain.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform 25-30 procedures per day, including:
o Trigger Point Injections
o Epidural Steroid Injections
o Selective Nerve Root Blocks
o Sacroiliac Joint Injections
o Radiofrequency Ablations
o Joint & Bursal Injections
o Spinal Cord Stimulation
o Sympathetic & Peripheral Nerve Blocks
o Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
o Botox Injections
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
Completion of residency training in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R), or Neurology
Fellowship training in Pain Medicine from an ACGME-accredited program
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
Active, unrestricted medical license in the practicing state (or eligibility to obtain)
Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
BLS and ACLS certification required
