Seeking a Pain Management Physician to diagnose and treat acute and chronic pain conditions through interventional and non-interventional therapies in an outpatient setting.
Job Responsibilities
Perform pain procedures (injections, blocks, etc.)
Create individualized treatment plans
Manage medication therapies
Coordinate care with clinical teams
Complete accurate EMR documentation
Qualifications
Fellowship in Pain Medicine preferred
Board Certified/Eligible
Active or eligible Oregon license
DEA required
