Setting: Outpatient, Office visits, follow-up visits, procedures
Dates: Start as soon as credentialed - ongoing
Availability: 2 weeks on 2 week off, flexible for 4 to 5 days per week
Procedures: spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, injections
Hours: 7a-3p (flexible on time)
Patients per Shift: 15
Call: none
License: WI license or IMLC
EMR: Epic
