Position Summary
The Pain Medicine Physician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with chronic and acute pain using a comprehensive and interventional approach. The role involves performing minimally invasive procedures, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The Pain Medicine Physician will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with chronic and acute pain using a comprehensive and interventional approach. The role involves performing minimally invasive procedures, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate patients with pain-related conditions and establish accurate diagnoses.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include interventional procedures, medication management, and therapy referrals.
Perform procedures such as:
Epidural steroid injections
Facet and sacroiliac joint injections
Radiofrequency ablations
Spinal cord stimulator trials and implants
Peripheral nerve blocks and joint injections
Collaborate with physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation within the electronic health record system.
Adhere to state and federal regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification or eligibility in Pain Medicine (PM&R, or Neurology).
Active and unrestricted GA medical license, or eligibility to obtain one.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
