Coverage Type: Outpatient only (No call)

Schedule: 3–4 shifts per week, Monday–Friday

Shift Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (standard 8-hour days)

Weekly Hours: ~30 hours/week

Travel: Rental car, mileage, or subway + hotel. Candidate should be able to return home on weekends when clinic is closed (no flights).

Practice Setting: Clinic (Acute Care Hospital)

Support Staff: 1 Full-Time PA; 1 MD onsite 1 day/week

Avg. Daily Census: ~15 patients per day

Patient Population: Adults, primarily chronic pain patients

Note: No opioids prescribed. Some Lyrica and other non-opioid prescriptions may be written.
Requirements

Board Certification: BC in Pain Management (Required)

State License: Active Massachusetts license (Required)

Certifications: BLS (Required)

DEA: Required (Massachusetts DEA)

Experience: Minimum 1 year

EMR Experience: Epic (Required)

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days

Willing to License: No
