Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

2 days/week at the outpatient surgery center

3 days/week in clinic

Work Details

Practice Setting: Outpatient (clinic + surgery center)

Support Staff: Full support team on-site

Patient Load: 12–15 patients per day

Procedures:

Epidurals
-
Facet injections
-
Ablations
-
Other interventional pain management procedures (all performed at the surgery center)

EMR: Epic

Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years of current hospital clinical activity in specialty
Requirements

Board Certification: Required

License: Active California license only

Certifications: ACLS, Fluoroscopy certification

Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days
