Overview: This integrated health network serves an eight-county region in Central New York, offering patient-centered care through a group-employed, salaried physician model. Position Highlights: 100% outpatient; no inpatient or hospital call No opioid medication management Focus on fluoroscopic-guided interventional procedures Optional MSK ultrasound and EMG Collaborative care with neurosurgery, orthopedics, and other specialties Academic involvement with residents and medical students Fully integrated EPIC EMR Potential for research and sports medicine coverage Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $247,743 $339,756 + performance incentives Sign-on bonus up to $100,000 Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Retirement plan, paid malpractice Paid time off, CME support Transition bonus Visa sponsorship (J-1 and H-1B) Qualifications: MD, DO, or MBBS Board Eligible or Board Certified in PM&R NY State Licensure BLS & DEA certification required
