Pain Medicine Physician/ Chronic Pain Physician
Location: Wyoming
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pain Medicine Physician to join a progressive, physician-run healthcare setting. - Practice with clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden
- Focus on chronic pain management and interventional procedures
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of internists, specialists, and behavioral health professionals
- Contribute to emerging treatments in regenerative and functional medicine

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with chronic and acute pain.
- Diagnose pain-related conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform interventional procedures including nerve blocks, epidural injections, and joint injections.
- Prescribe and manage medications, monitoring for efficacy and side effects.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, surgeons, psychologists, and other providers.
- Educate patients on their conditions and self-management strategies.
- Stay up to date with advancements in pain medicine and regenerative therapies.
- Maintain detailed, compliant medical records and uphold ethical standards.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Expertise in chronic pain diagnosis and treatment
- Experience with or training in interventional pain procedures
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Interest in regenerative or emerging medical therapies is a plus
Education & Experience
- Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
- (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Anaesthesiology backgrounds acceptable with Pain Fellowship)
- Active state medical license and DEA registration
- Completion of a Pain Management Fellowship Program
- Prior experience in interventional pain procedures preferred
Compensation & Benefits
