Shift Details:8-5. No call. No after-hours.
Support staff:2 APPs per physician
Patients per day: 30 injections a day
Patient population/age:medicare age
EMR:eClinical Works
Special procedures: Fluoroscopy Guided Injections, including Medial Branch Blocks, SI Joint Injections, Lumbar Injections
Board Certification: BC in Interventional Pain or PMNR in Anesthesia
State license required: Might license
Minimum experience required:Needs to be fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine
Credentialing Timeframe:30 days ~
Willing To License: Yes
