Our client in Eastern Kentucky is adding an Interventional Pain physician to join four others. Theyare accepting candidates with residencies in both PM&R and Anesthesia. The incoming physician will have a guaranteed salary of $400,000-450,000 for the first two years and will be on a productivity model after that.
