- Other Details: The facility which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 12-15 patients per shift. The facility has a Pain Medicine opportunity for a provider to work two days per week in an outpatient surgery center and three days per week in a clinic setting, performing epidurals, facet injections, ablations, and other procedures at the surgery center. Full-time availability is preferred. Candidates must have an active CA license and be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible within five years of residency. To be considered for privileges, providers must have two years of acute care/inpatient experience with at least 100 cases of anesthesia/pain management procedures. An active FLURO is required, though the facility will consider candidates with a temporary FLURO in hand.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a clinic setting three days per week.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible within five years of residency.
- Minimum of two years of acute care/inpatient experience with at least 100 documented anesthesia/pain management procedures to be considered for privileges.
- Active FLURO certification is required (temporary FLURO will be considered).
Working Hours
- Three days per week in a clinic setting.
- Full-time availability is preferred.
