About the Openings: 0.5 - 1.0 FTE available at each location Permanent-only Provider may split time across locations if desired, but this is not necessary or required Single-specialty Pain Management medical group Candidates must have a clean medical license Fellowship in Pain preferred but not required Past experience in pain management preferred, but not required Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible Base salary of 385K, plus monthly bonuses starting month 13 based on wRVUs 6 weeks' vacation 4 day workweek Health, dental, vision available 401(k) eligibility after 1 year employed
