A thriving physician owned practice just outside of Coeur d'Alene, ID is seeking a BE/BC ENT physician to join their team to replace a retiring physician. The Position:
* Guaranteed Base Salary with unlimited potential via wRVU production
* 4 Day Work Week
* Flexible Schedule - Design how many days you would like to work in the clinic or OR
* No Emergency Specialty Back-up call required
