DETAILS:

• Plan to develop group of four ENT surgeons with broad scope of ENT interests

• Call is 1 in 4

• Medical Center is 290 beds. It is the sole hospital in this city & the primary referral center for Northern NY serving military and military dependent , home of the 10th Mountain Army

• Single Specialty Group-Employed by Medical Center with annual salary of $420,000 plus a WRVU productivity model

• Office space ideally located with on-campus proximity to the hospital

BENEFITS:

• Signing bonus-$50,000

• Educational Loan Repayment $20,000 each year

• Relocation up to $10,000 & $3,000 CME/annual & 5 paid days for CME

• Occurrence medical liability insurance Additional full benefit program

• Northern New York Thousand Island Region, East of Lake Ontario, Foothills of the Adirondack Mountains. Northern NY is largely rural
