**ENT Opening in Waterstown NY**
Seeking American Board Certified Otolaryngologist (or actively in process) to join three other board certified surgeons offering a wide spectrum of general and specialized ENT services. Values patient-centered care and has desire to work within a team model. Demonstrates top-notch interpersonal skills in addition to excellent clinical skills. Able to provide surgical case log indicating active experience over the past two years. Enthusiastic and motivated to provide the best possible care and outcomes
* Hospital Employed; 4-year contract
* Call 1:4 serving one hospital
* Office conveniently located on hospital campus, with easy access to operating rooms and patient pavilion
* Established robotic surgery program since 2012, upgraded to da Vinci Xi in 2019
* Two dedicated ENT operating rooms working back to back to enhance efficiencies, block scheduling
* Teaching opportunity if desired
* Catchment population: 250,000
* Large network of providers offering a strong referral base
**Package Highlights:**
* Annual salary: $500,000, plus a WRVU productivity model
* Signing bonus: $50,000
* Education Loan repayment: $20,000 each year
