- Availability: ASAP – ongoing
- 2 – 3 weeks per month
- 2 weeks per month clinic/scheduled cases
- 1 week per month of 24/hour call
- Taking 7-10 days of call each month
- Average of 12 patients per day
- Support Staff: Registration, outgoing referrals, incoming referrals, medical records and practice manager
- Office Equip: Endoscopy tower per provider, ear microscope per provider, audiometer and tympanometry
- BLS, ACLS & PALS certification required
- EMR: AllScripts
