A new otolaryngology physician opportunity is now available in California at a hospital due to growth. This service area has a 41 percent deficit of otolaryngology. You will be the solo ENT, but your will work closely with a plastic surgeon in this large multi-specialty group. You will ramp up quickly in this busy practice doing general ENT as well as facial plastic procedures. Determine your own work load and schedule. Enjoy the autonomy of a private practice with the security of being employed with this non-profit medical foundation model.
