-Location: One hour east of Columbus, OH

-Duration: Vacation Coverage (once credentialed you will be offered future shift coverage)

-Dates of coverage: June 21 – June 24, 2019

-Shift: 24 hour, call only

-EMR: Epic

-Full subspecialty support

-Hospital: 285 beds, level III trauma center

-Required: Board certified or board eligible with Active Ohio license at time of application, up to date CAQH, No back ground or malpractice for expedited privileges
