-Employment Opportunity (Clinic opportunity 2 ENTs ) Note: One physician has is part-time over the age of 70 looking to phase out and does not do surgeries & the other just started 09/01/2015. _x000D_
-Call would be 1 in 3_x000D_
-Board certified or has to become boarded within 5 years of completing residency_x000D_

-Hospital will repay a portion of student loans and/or sign-on_x000D_
-Salary very competitive with incentive bonus Base around $405,000 with wrvu incentive_x000D_
-Moving expense up to $10,000 with receipts_x000D_
-Malpractice insurance, CME allowance, 5 weeks vacation/CME leave annually, etc_x000D_
