1 ½ hours from Chicago
• Looking for 2 weeks a month August ongoing
• 7:30 am – 5 pm
• Permanent provider starting in November but will need assistance past then as well
• No night or weekend call but may be called in by ER or Floor calls during their shift
• 18-25 patients a day average
• Will see Adult and Pediatric patients
• Will round on patients but working mostly out of clinic
• Anesthesiologists on call 24/7
• BC or BE but if BE they need to be truly BE within a few years of training
