Job Description
Last Update:

A well established practice in Plano, Texas, is looking to add a second location that will be between Prosper and Frisco. The owner of the practice is fellowship trained in facial plastics and is looking to expand the diveristy of specializations within the group; he believes that a physician focusing in Otology would be successful. The new physician would be joining the 7 active ENT physicians in the group. The candidate would have privileges at Centennial Medical Center and the Tenet/Physician joint ventured Ambulatory Surgical Center.
Ideally, the candidate would start in mid 2014. There are 4 required days of ER coverage a month, or equal share of the rotation (whichever ends up being less). Also, a focus or specialization in Otology is highly preferred for this position; general ENT work will still be required as well. We are looking for a technically competent surgeon with the confidence to be on his/her own in a practice location (even though mentorship support will be readily available). An entrepreneurial spirit will service this candidate well as this is a highly competitive and quick moving area for private practice. He/She should be able to connect with our patients on a personal and cultural level, and be very mindful of patient and referring physician satisfaction, as this is a highly competitive area. The ideal candidate is BC/BE and has a TX license or TX license in process.
The hospital will support this recruit by means of a 3 Party Relocation Net Income Guarantee, this will provide a stable base for the recruited physicians for no less than one year, and assistance with incremental practice expenses.
