Date: ASAP - 4/30/2027
Schedule: Approximately 5 OR days and 7 clinic days per month; call required
Practice Setting: Clinic and Hospital (ENT)
Patient Volume: 26-27 clinic patients/day; approximately 6 surgeries/day
EMR: Epic
Licensing: Active PA license or IMLC LOQ; DEA required; BC/BE accepted
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days; temporary privileges available for PA-licensed providers with clean files
Required Skills: General ENT, outpatient surgery, adult and pediatric patient care
Preferred Skills: Parathyroid procedures and Cochlear/BAHA experience
Required Certifications: ACLS
