Permanent Otolaryngology Physician
Position Type: PermanentSpecialty: Physician - Otolaryngology
Location: Findlay, OH
Shift: Approximately 3 clinic days and 2 operating room days per week; backup call responsibilities as assigned.
Position Details: Full-time permanent opportunity with approximately 50% General ENT and 50% Subspecialty Focus. $600K guaranteed base salary with $800K+ earning potential.
Patient Population: Adult and pediatric ENT patients; average clinic volume 25-30 patients per day.
Setting: Outpatient clinic and surgical facilities including Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center.
Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck; evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and pediatric ENT conditions; perform outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures; develop and expand subspecialty services; collaborate with audiologists, APPs, hospitalists, and specialty physicians; maintain documentation; participate in backup call responsibilities.
Required Procedures: General ENT procedures and surgery; sinus surgery; subspecialty procedures based on physician expertise and scope of practice.
EMR System: Cerner
Support Staff: Audiologists, audiology technicians, advanced practice providers, hospitalists, and comprehensive specialty support.
On-Call/Weekends: Backup call responsibilities as assigned; $600 per day call pay.
