Permanent Otolaryngology Physician

Position Type:

Location: Colorado Springs, CO.
Shift: Full-time daytime clinic and surgical practice schedule

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult and Pediatric ENT patients
Setting: Outpatient Clinic and Surgical Practice

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive General ENT services
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
• Perform office-based and surgical ENT procedures
• Collaborate with fellowship-trained subspecialists in head and neck surgery, microvascular surgery, laryngology, otology, rhinology, and sleep medicine
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Participate in shared call responsibilities within the provider group
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a physician-led healthcare system

Required Procedures:

• General Otolaryngology procedures
• ENT surgical procedures
• Office-based ENT procedures

EMR System: EPIC

Support Staff:

• 6 Inpatient/Outpatient APPs
• 3 Audiologists
• Fellowship-trained ENT subspecialists
• Dedicated clinical and administrative support staff

Days Per Month: Full-time schedule

On-Call/Weekends:

• Shared ENT call rotation
• Weekend call coverage required as part of group schedule

Submission Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology – Required
• Colorado Medical License or willingness to obtain – Required
• Interest in practicing General ENT full-time – Required
  
• License and disciplinary history – Required
• NPDB Self Query Report within 30 days – Required
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
• Visa support requirement (J1/H1B) must be specified – Required
• Clean malpractice and license history – Highly Preferred
• Subspecialty interests (Laryngology, Skull Base Surgery, etc.) – Highly Preferred
