* Opportunity to join a large established Otolaryngology practice in the Des Moines suburbs
* Join a collaborative team of 5 Otolaryngologists
* High-volume practice with both adult and pediatric ENT cases
* APP clinic support available
* Community-wide weekend call coverage with one weekday night call per week for the practice
* Built-in referral network with strong regional patient demand
* Newly expanded Audiology services on site
* Shared revenue Hearing Aid Center opportunity
* Dedicated block OR time available
* Ownership opportunity available in Ambulatory Surgery Center
* Large multispecialty referral network and strong physician collaboration

* $570,000 base salary with 2-year income guarantee
