Join a respected healthcare organization in Lima, Ohio seeking an Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician to provide comprehensive ear, nose, throat, head, and neck care in a mixed inpatient and outpatient setting. This opportunity offers the ideal blend of clinic-based continuity care, hospital consults, and surgical procedures within a collaborative specialty environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of ENT conditions in clinic and hospital settings
• Manage sinus disease, allergies, hearing disorders, tonsil/adenoid disease, voice disorders, thyroid/parathyroid conditions, sleep apnea, and head & neck concerns
• Perform ENT surgical procedures within scope of practice including airway, sinus, tonsil, nasal, and related surgeries
• Provide inpatient rounding, consultations, admissions, discharge planning, and post-operative management
• Conduct outpatient follow-up visits, diagnostic evaluations, and preventive specialty care
• Perform office-based procedures such as laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy, cerumen removal, biopsies, and related treatments as appropriate
• Interpret audiology, imaging, and diagnostic testing relevant to ENT care
• Collaborate with audiology, allergy, pulmonology, oncology, speech therapy, anesthesia, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Participate in quality initiatives and shared call coverage as required by the department

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Valid Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain
• DEA certification if required
• Strong surgical, clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable managing inpatient and outpatient ENT responsibilities
• No red flags or disciplinary history on license

• Full-Time Schedule
• Mixed Day Schedule with Clinic, OR, Hospital Rounding, and Shared Call Rotation
