Clinical Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and manage patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including medical and surgical interventions
• Perform procedures such as endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomies, and other ENT-related surgeries
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and post-operative care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
Required Qualifications:
• MD or DO with Board Certification in Otolaryngology
• Active medical license in New Mexico
• Proven experience managing a wide range of ENT conditions
• Strong surgical, diagnostic, and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
