Seeking an Audiologist to join a patient-focused ENT team in the Charlotte, NC area, providing advanced hearing and balance care for patients of all ages.
Role Overview & Highlights:
- Full-time position with no weekends (Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
- Diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders for patients of all ages, working closely with ENT physicians
- Conduct hearing evaluations, assess patient history, and interpret audiological data to guide treatment
- Develop patient-centered plans including amplification, assistive devices, aural rehabilitation, and counseling
- Provide empathetic, professional care while generating clear, timely communications for physicians
- Modify diagnostic procedures as needed without sacrificing reliability or validity
- Float between three regional office locations on a set weekly schedule
