Required Skills:
- Board Certified (BC) or truly Board Eligible (BE) in Otolaryngology
- Valid medical license in Pennsylvania (PA) or eligible for licensure
- DEA certification
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in ENT practice
- Proven ability to manage diverse patient cases across all age groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to respond effectively during 24-hour call shifts
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in trauma or emergency departments
- Prior experience with EPIC electronic medical record systems
- Additional training or certifications in advanced ENT procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Successful completion of an accredited ENT residency program
- At least 1 year of post-residency clinical practice in a hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Availability for a shift starting May 25, 2026, with ongoing responsibilities
- Willingness to participate in a 24-hour call schedule (1:4 rotation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced trauma environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
