Required Skills:
  • Board Certified (BC) or truly Board Eligible (BE) in Otolaryngology
  • Valid medical license in Pennsylvania (PA) or eligible for licensure
  • DEA certification
  • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in ENT practice
  • Proven ability to manage diverse patient cases across all age groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to respond effectively during 24-hour call shifts

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience working in trauma or emergency departments
  • Prior experience with EPIC electronic medical record systems
  • Additional training or certifications in advanced ENT procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO)
  • Successful completion of an accredited ENT residency program
  • At least 1 year of post-residency clinical practice in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:
  • Availability for a shift starting May 25, 2026, with ongoing responsibilities
  • Willingness to participate in a 24-hour call schedule (1:4 rotation)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced trauma environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
