A Pennsylvania healthcare system is seeking an ENT Physician for 7-day 24-hour call coverage blocks at a Level I Trauma hospital. The provider will manage ENT consults, emergency cases, and inpatient coverage during scheduled weeks.
This is an ongoing locum opportunity with defined coverage dates, moderate callback volume, and strong specialty support.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour ENT call coverage
- Manage ENT consults and emergencies
- Treat trauma-related ENT cases
- Provide inpatient rounding as needed
- Collaborate with plastics and OMF teams
- Handle callbacks during coverage period
- Document encounters using Epic EMR
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Active Pennsylvania license or willingness to obtain
- DEA required
- Trauma experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience preferred
Working Hours
24-hour call coverage
7 AM – 7 AM (7-day blocks)
Scheduled Coverage:
- May 25 (7am) – June 1 (7am)
- June 15 (7am) – June 22 (7am)
- July 6 (7am) – July 13 (7am)
Average callback: 4–6 hours per day
Call rotation: 1:4
