- Board Certified in Otolaryngology or TRULY Board Eligible
- CO license (or willing to obtain)
- Clean Malpractice
- Additional training in Otology or Laryngology (note in Experience field)
- Available to start before December 2024
- 4-day work week with 3 days in the clinic and 1 day in the OR
- Provider will work in outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings
- EMR:EPIC
