Salary Range: $370k–$575k (based on experience)
Our client’s respected multidisciplinary medical group, serving Brooklyn and Queens, is searching for a board-eligible or board-certified ENT doctor to join our high-volume practice and deliver exceptional care to a thriving urban population.
Your Impact:
- Provide thorough evaluation, diagnosis, and management of ENT conditions in both clinic and hospital settings.
- Perform ENT surgeries and medical procedures, ensuring quality outcomes and attentive follow-up care.
- Guide patients through their health journey by educating them on ear, nose, and throat issues and preventative measures.
- Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals for holistic patient care.
- Keep accurate and organized records in electronic health systems and communicate effectively with the clinical team.
- Lead or participate in quality improvement and medical education initiatives.
- Demonstrate commitment to safety, cleanliness, and best clinical practices.
- Stay abreast of new developments in otolaryngology and attend departmental meetings.
Preferred Skills/Background:
- MD/DO degree or equivalent
- Residency completion in otolaryngology from U.S.-accredited program
- Board-eligibility or certification in ENT
- Valid NY State medical license and DEA registration
- BLS/ACLS (required); clinical proficiency in evidence-based medicine
- Spanish bilingual ability is a plus!
- Three years of community clinic experience especially valued, but all qualified applicants will be considered—including recent grads
