This BE/BC ENT Physician role offers the opportunity to join an established service line with strong internal referrals and the ability to grow your subspecialty interests.
You’ll practice in a progressive, provider-led health system based in Great Falls, Montana, where professional fulfillment and quality of life go hand in hand.
Position Highlights
- Join an established ENT physician and experienced PA in a busy, referral-driven practice
- 1:4 light call with general ENT and limited facial trauma
- Flexible Monday-Friday schedule with optional 4-day work week
- Strong internal referral base with opportunity to expand subspecialty focus

Candidate Requirements
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Otolaryngology
