This BE/BC ENT Physician role offers the opportunity to join an established service line with strong internal referrals and the ability to grow your subspecialty interests.


You’ll practice in a progressive, provider-led health system based in Great Falls, Montana, where professional fulfillment and quality of life go hand in hand.


Position Highlights


  • Join an established ENT physician and experienced PA in a busy, referral-driven practice


  • 1:4 light call with general ENT and limited facial trauma

  • Flexible Monday-Friday schedule with optional 4-day work week


  • Strong internal referral base with opportunity to expand subspecialty focus


Practice Environment

  • Full complement of in-house specialists and hospitalist support


  • Dedicated nocturnists and experienced ED team

Candidate Requirements


  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Otolaryngology
