ENT Opening - Mason City, Iowa - 80 miles from Waterloo *$478,149 base salary + call pay + bonus* *RVU = $65.26* Position Details:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Join the team of 5 physicians
  • 1:6 call expectation, with opportunity for excess call +$
  • Operate with DaVinci Robot XI
  • Workweek consists of both clinic & surgery days
  • Average 25 OR cases/month per provider; average 30-35 clinic visits/day
  • Perform surgeries at a 342-bed regional referral teaching hospital connected to the clinic, as well as the Ambulatory Surgery Center, also located on the same campus
  • Weekly outreach at one of our 7 critical access hospitals in our 14-county network
  • Primary Service Area- ~260,000 people
  • Level III Trauma Center with helicopter service
Hospital services: Medical center is a level II regional referral trauma center. It is a faith-based, not-for-profit community health care system. The network spans 14 counties across northern Iowa and consists of a network of 8 rural primary care hospitals, Mercy Clinics, home health agency, hospice, senior services agency, regional referral laboratory, regional rehabilitation and diagnostic technology services, pharmacies, an emergency services network, and a variety of other health care services. 4 state-of-the-art cath labs.
