Job description

Job description The ENT group in Fort Collins are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist to join their patient-centered practice. This is an opportunity to take over a well-established general ENT practice following a retirement, with a strong preference for candidates interested in building an emphasis in Otology or Laryngology.

-Schedule: 4-day work week (3 days clinic, 1 day OR).
-Location: Fort Collins, CO (Level 3 Trauma facility).
-Patient Volume: 20–25 patients per day.
-Charting: EPIC EMR.

  • Salary: $413,000 – $459,000 annually.

  • Bonuses: Potential for Quality and/or Productivity bonuses.

Job Responsibilities

-Provide comprehensive general ENT services in outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings.
-Perform surgical procedures during a dedicated weekly OR day.
-Collaborate with a team consisting of two audiologists, one APP, and one other physician.
-Manage low-volume clinic call from home (1:2 rotation) for your own patients.
-(Optional) Contribute to additional facial trauma call if desired.

Qualifications

-Board Certification: BC or "Truly" Board Eligible (must become BC within 3 years).
-Education/Training: Additional training in Otology or Laryngology is highly preferred.
-Licensure: Active Colorado Medical License (or willing to obtain).
-Credentialing: Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) and active DEA required.
-Restrictions: Not accepting visa candidates (J1/H1B), 1099 candidates, or those with lapsed certification.

Working Hours

-Shifts: Standard day shifts.
-Weekends: 1:2 weekend schedule aligned with on-call duties (very low volume).
-Commute: Candidates must live within 1 hour of the facility.

Skills

-Proficiency in general ENT procedures and patient management.
-Expertise in EPIC EMR documentation.
-Strong surgical skills, particularly in Laryngology or Otology.
