This is a unique opportunity to build and shape an expanding ENT program within a supportive hospital that is committed to growing specialty services and keeping care close to home.
Position Details:
• Opportunity to work with this well-respected community hospital's team to set expectations and provide valuable insight as to how the ENT practice should develop
• Bread-and-butter cases (subspecialty interests welcome) and shared call coverage
• Significant community demand and strong internal referral base supported by an extensive primary care network
• 4-day work week schedule - clinic + as much dedicated OR time as you want
• Modern OR suites, surgical support team, dedicated APPs, Epic EMR, and strong administrative support
Compensation and Benefits:
• Highly competitive base salary guarantee, plus bonuses
• $100K signing bonus plus $10K relocation stipend
• 35 days PTO
• Malpractice with tail, comprehensive health/dental/vision, retirement, student loan repayment, and more
