Job description
A leading health system in southeastern New Jersey is seeking an experienced Board Certified Otolaryngologist to serve as Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT). This leadership opportunity is ideal for a seasoned physician passionate about clinical excellence, innovation, academic collaboration, and program development.
The Division Director will oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations while leading a growing ENT team. This role offers access to advanced robotic surgical platforms, strong interdisciplinary oncology collaboration, guaranteed OR block time, and a shared call model designed to promote work-life balance.
This is a permanent leadership position. Not open to locums, 1099 candidates, new graduates, fellowship-only candidates, or visa sponsorship.

• Oversee clinical, operational, and academic functions of the department
• Deliver high-quality patient care utilizing minimally invasive and advanced surgical techniques
• Lead and mentor a team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers
• Drive innovation using robotic surgical platforms
• Collaborate with oncology and interdisciplinary teams to enhance cancer care services
• Develop research and educational initiatives through academic partnerships
• Participate in shared call rotation (1:4) supported by APPs and hospitalist team
• Engage in community outreach and workforce development initiatives
Qualifications
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey Medical License (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Valid DEA (or ability to obtain)
• BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• CSR/CDS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days at presentation)
• Prior clinical experience beyond training required
• Not open to new graduates or fellowship-only candidates
• Visa sponsorship not available
