A well-established, multi-specialty healthcare system in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join a strong, patient-centered ENT practice due to retirement. The ideal candidate will be interested in building a general ENT practice with an emphasis in Otology or Laryngology.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive two-provider practice with strong referral volume, modern clinic space, and access to inpatient and surgical facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ENT care in outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings
• Build and grow a general ENT practice with optional focus in Otology or Laryngology
• See approximately 20–25 patients per day in clinic (40 minutes for new patients, 20 minutes for follow-ups)
• Perform surgical procedures in OR (1 dedicated OR day per week)
• Participate in shared clinic call (1:2 rotation, low-volume call)
• Manage patient clinic call; no automatic ER facial trauma call (optional participation)
• Collaborate with two audiologists and one APP
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation
• Contribute to high-quality, patient-centered care initiatives

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
o Board Eligible candidates must be within eligibility window and working toward certification within 3 years
• Active Colorado license or willing to obtain
• Clean malpractice history required
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) required
• DEA required prior to start
• Additional training in Otology or Laryngology preferred
• Open to new graduates through 2025 (must obtain Board Certification within 3 years)
• Not accepting candidates with lapsed board certification
• Not accepting visa candidates (J1/H1B not supported)
• Not open to Locums, 1099 candidates, alternate shift schedules, or long-distance commuters (>1 hour)

Working Hours

• 4-day work week
o 3 days clinic
o 1 day OR
• Shared 1:2 call rotation (low call volume)
• Weekend call aligned with on-call schedule

Skills

• Strong diagnostic and surgical ENT skills
• Interest in Otology or Laryngology (preferred)
• Excellent patient communication
• Ability to build and grow a practice
• Collaborative team approach
• EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
