We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Audiologist to join our dynamic team in a full-time clinic-based role. What You Will Do:
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments, including pure tone air and bone conduction tests, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry.
  • Interpret test results to inform patients and physicians, guiding medical follow-up and treatment options.
  • Conduct hearing aid evaluations, recommending appropriate amplification solutions and fitting devices with detailed patient instruction.
  • Provide routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for hearing aids purchased through the clinic.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Required Skills:
  • Valid Washington state licensure (or IMLC) as an Audiologist.
  • Successful completion of a master’s or doctorate degree in Audiology from a recognized, approved institution, including clinical practicum.
  • Certification of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) for master's degrees.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with audiometric equipment.
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills.
  • Ability to interpret clinical test results accurately.

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with hearing aid programming and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with different audiological software and digital hearing devices.
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting with diverse age groups.

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) from an accredited program.
  • At least 1-2 years of clinical experience post-certification.
  • Continuing education in advanced audiological testing and hearing aid technologies.

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to travel locally for community outreach or patient consultations when necessary.
  • Flexibility to work weekday hours, approximately 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to state licensing regulations.
