Otolaryngology (ENT) Opportunity in Plano, TX

Step into immediate volume and autonomy in one of North Texas's most in-demand ENT markets. With a modern clinic site, in-house diagnostics, and a built-in referral engine, this role is ideal for an entrepreneurial generalist seeking efficiency and surgical growth. Enjoy clinical independence while practicing alongside experienced colleagues in a true one-stop shop care model.

Practice Overview

  • You'll join an established ENT practice with built-in volume, supported by experienced NPs and a high MA-to-provider ratio
  • General ENT with strong procedural demand and the ability to incorporate services such as Inspire or balloon sinuplasty
  • On-site equipment includes ENT towers, scopes, CT scanners, audiology access, and in-office procedure rooms that support mobile anesthesia
  • Phone-only call that is light, with PAs and NPs triaging most calls and physicians serving as second line for post-op concerns

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility in designated surgical days
  • Average of 25 to 35 patients per day with double-booking support for follow-ups
  • Built-in referral volume from a large allergy patient base and NP-covered basic ENT visits
  • Flexibility to tailor clinic and procedural days to your preferences

Compensation & Benefits

  • Strong base salary with earning potential driven by high-volume surgical throughput
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available, with optional hospital call for additional income
  • CME allowance, 401k, malpractice coverage, and generous paid time off
  • Full credentialing and licensing support, including out-of-state transitions

Candidate Requirements

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Comfortable managing a full general ENT panel with opportunities for procedural expansion
  • Eligible for Texas medical licensure with application support provided

Community & Location Highlights

  • Plano offers an ideal blend of suburban comfort and urban access within the Dallas metro area
  • Highly regarded public and private schools, with family-friendly neighborhoods and modern housing options
  • Strong local dining, retail, and outdoor amenities including parks and trail systems
  • Easy access to major airports and the cultural, sports, and entertainment offerings of North Texas
