Job description Locations:
  • Roswell, NMUrgent Need
  • Laredo, TXUrgent Need

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat a broad range of ENT conditions in adult and pediatric patients
  • Perform in-office ENT procedures (required)
  • Perform surgical cases in affiliated hospitals and surgery centers
  • Manage post-operative follow-up and continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver patient-centered care

Clinical Volume & Schedule

  • Clinic volume: ~20–25 patients per day
  • Schedule: Full-Time
  • On-call: Minimal
    • Call is generally limited to your own post-surgical patients
    • Weekend call is rare

Compensation

  • Salary Range: $460,000 – $520,000, depending on location

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Otolaryngology
  • Eligible for or holding an unrestricted state medical license
