Locations:
- Roswell, NM – Urgent Need
- Laredo, TX – Urgent Need
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a broad range of ENT conditions in adult and pediatric patients
- Perform in-office ENT procedures (required)
- Perform surgical cases in affiliated hospitals and surgery centers
- Manage post-operative follow-up and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver patient-centered care
Clinical Volume & Schedule
- Clinic volume: ~20–25 patients per day
- Schedule: Full-Time
- On-call: Minimal
- Call is generally limited to your own post-surgical patients
- Weekend call is rare
Compensation
- Salary Range: $460,000 – $520,000, depending on location

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Otolaryngology
- Eligible for or holding an unrestricted state medical license
- Must be comfortable performing in-office ENT procedures
- Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
