Required Skills:
- Active Washington State Audiology License (or IMLC eligibility)
- Successful completion of a master's or doctorate degree program with clinic practicum experience
- Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology (CCC-A) for AuD graduates
- Proficiency in performing diagnostic hearing tests including pure tone air and bone conduction, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry
- Ability to interpret test results accurately and communicate findings effectively to patients and physicians
- Strong knowledge of hearing aid evaluation, fitting, and troubleshooting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Current BLS Certification
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with hearing aid programming and maintenance
- Knowledge of additional audiological testing procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Prior experience working in a clinic or medical setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s degree or Doctorate (AuD) from an accredited institution with clinic practicum experience
- Prior clinical experience in audiology or a related field
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of hearing aids
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
- Flexible schedule within standard clinic hours (Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm)
