Required Skills:
- Board certification in Otolaryngology (MD or D.O.)
- Valid medical license to practice in Nebraska
- Proven experience in ENT procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and tumor removals
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within a hospital setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in trauma centers or emergency settings
- Experience with pediatric ENT procedures
- Familiarity with hospital practice protocols and workflows
- Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or D.O.) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years post-residency clinical experience in Otolaryngology
- Prior locum or temporary assignment experience is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Availability for scheduled dates in 2026: July 3-6, September 4-8, December 24-28
- Must travel to Kearney, NE; lodging provided at Candlewood Suites
- Travel from your home city to Kearney, NE; specific travel arrangements and exceptions need to be detailed during application
- Credentialing process estimated between 30 to 90 days
- Ability to cover emergency calls and procedural duties as required
- Compliance with all licensure, certification, and hospital policies
