Otolaryngology (ENT) Physician Locums Job in Illinois | M–F Clinic/OR + Call | Beginning ASAP - Ongoing | Assignment #113495
Shift Description
-- Monday–Friday clinic or OR schedule 1 week per month
-- Includes night call coverage M-F
-- Onsite weekday orientation required prior to first assignment (typically 8:30a–5p)
-- Orientation includes administrative paperwork and EPIC training
-- Estimated Credentialing Time: 90 days
Requirements
-- Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery
-- Active Illinois license
-- BLS certification
-- Fellowship in Head/Neck Surgical Oncology or Rhinology/Sinus – Preferred
-- Clean malpractice history – Highly Preferred
Procedures Required
-- Standard ENT surgical procedures
-- In-office scopes, biopsies, ear tubes for adults
Assignment Details
-- Number of Physicians in Department: 2 Full-Time + 1 Part-Time
-- Support Staff: 2 RN, 3 MA, Surgery Scheduler, 2 Receptionists
-- Patient population varies
-- Average cases per day: 10–14
-- Trauma Level: 2
-- EMR: EPIC
