Coverage Needed
- Start Date: 04/26/2026
- End Date: Unknown
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Coverage Type: Part Time
Clinical Details
- 25-30 patients under treatment per day
- Procedures: External beam treatments, OTV's, follow-ups, on-site supervision for compliance, checking SRS's, on-treatment visits, follow-up or consult
- Call: No call, holidays, or weekends
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible
- State License: Active Illinois license required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Certifications: BLS, CSR License
- DEA Required: Yes
- Credential Accepted: DO, MD
