We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a well-established private practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. Practice Highlights

Practice Model: General Otolaryngology (fellowship-trained candidates welcome)

Patient Population: ~90% adult (all ages accepted; physician may shape scope of practice)

Schedule: 4.5 days per week

Call: Light, shared call (1 week out of 7 โ practice patients only)

ER Call: None required (optional with stipend)

Surgery: Performed at outpatient surgery centers and local hospitals

Additional Revenue Streams: Audiology, allergy services, in-office CT scanner, hearing aid revenue

Tax Advantage: Nevada has no state income tax
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform comprehensive evaluations and physical examinations for ENT-related conditions
-
Diagnose and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
-
Perform or assist with ENT surgical procedures, including sinus surgery, tonsillectomies, and related interventions
-
Utilize diagnostic imaging (including CT scans) for accurate evaluation and treatment planning
-
Manage perioperative care, post-operative follow-up, and discharge planning
-
Document all patient encounters accurately within EMR/EHR systems
Qualifications
-
MD or DO degree
-
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
-
Experience or familiarity with ENT-related imaging modalities preferred
-
Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems (Epic or similar)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Active or eligible state medical license
Compensation Structure
W2 Employee:
-
Base Salary: $350,000 โ $400,000
-
Competitive structure, new graduates accepted

4 weeks of annual vacation
1099 Independent Contractor:

50% of collections

Estimated annual earnings: $600,000 โ $1,000,000+, based on productivity
