ENT (Otolaryngologist)

Location: Staten Island, NY

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $400,000 annual + bonus

Job Summary

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible ENT (Otolaryngologist) to diagnose, treat, and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. The physician will provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to patients of all ages, utilising evidence-based practices to ensure high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, larynx, and related structures of the head and neck

Perform medical and surgical procedures, including endoscopic sinus surgery, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and head and neck surgeries as appropriate

Manage hearing, balance, voice, swallowing, allergy, and sleep-related disorders

Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests, including audiograms, imaging studies, and endoscopic examinations

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and patient education

Collaborate with primary care physicians, audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists

Stay current with advancements in otolaryngology through continuing medical education

Ensure adherence to hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution

Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery residency program and 2+ years of experience

Board certification or board eligibility in Otolaryngology

Valid and unrestricted medical license (state-specific requirements apply)

DEA certification (if applicable)

Strong clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills

Work Environment

Clinical and surgical settings, including outpatient clinics and hospital operating rooms

Schedule may include on-call responsibilities, depending on practice needs
