Practice Overview:
- Join a respected, established ENT practice with a robust referral base and immediate patient volume

- Bread-and-butter general ENT procedures
- Shared call structure with plans to reduce as the group grows
Schedule:
- Full-time weekday schedule with a predictable structure
- Balanced mix of clinic and OR time throughout the week
- Limited call rotation that supports long-term sustainability
- No routine weekend clinic responsibilities outside of scheduled call
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary with additional production-based earnings

Candidate Requirements:
