🗓️ Schedule & Workload
- Patient Contact Hours: 36/week
- Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Clinic Days: Monday–Friday
- Procedure / OR Days: Scheduled based on OR availability (flexible coordination)
- On Call: Included in the call rotation
🏥 Practice Details
- Coverage: Inpatient + Outpatient Clinic
- Clinic Volume: 30+ patients/day
- Appointment Length: 15 minutes
- Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum ENT services 👂👃🗣️
- Patient Population: Central Iowa, including Boone County, Indianola, and Pleasant Hill
- Teaching Opportunities: Yes 🎓
- EMR: EPIC
👥 Support & Resources
- Physician-to-Nurse Ratio: 1:1
- Ancillary Staff: 1:1 per provider
- Exam Rooms: 2–3 per provider
- Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy: Available within the building
✅ Requirements
- Board Certified Otolaryngologist
- Active Iowa License or Active IMLC
- Experienced ENT Physician
- Clean Malpractice & Background History
