I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to reach out to share an ENT Physician opportunity in Coastal South Carolina that offers a strong balance of outpatient clinic, surgical cases, and limited inpatient responsibilities.
This is a well-established ENT practice with full clinical support, onsite audiology, access to advanced surgical technology (including robotic surgery), and a manageable call schedule with no weekends. The role includes a mix of clinic and OR time, competitive compensation, a sign-on bonus, and excellent work-life balance.
Position Overview
- Primarily outpatient clinical role with OR support and limited inpatient responsibilities
- Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- 36 patient contact hours / 4 administrative hours
- Approximately 2 days in the OR, 2.5 days in clinic, and 0.5 day admin
- No weekend call
- Call rotation: currently 1:3, moving to 1:4 with new hire
- Occasional inpatient follow-up and ED call coverage during clinic hours
- Cerner EMR
Practice & Team
You will join an established ENT team that includes:
- Three ENT physicians
- Advanced practice provider support
- Onsite audiology with a dedicated audiologist
- Dedicated RN and full clinical support staff
Scope of Practice
- Bread-and-butter ENT practice with approximately 30% pediatric patients
- Average clinic volume: 25–30+ patients per day
- Patient population spans newborns to geriatrics
Technology & Resources
- Access to multiple operating rooms with low infection rates
- Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System
- Advanced diagnostic and imaging capabilities, including PET scans, CT, MRI, and more
- Head and neck cancer specialists on-site

- $30,000+ sign-on bonus
