I hope you’re doing well. I wanted to reach out to share an ENT Physician opportunity in Coastal South Carolina that offers a strong balance of outpatient clinic, surgical cases, and limited inpatient responsibilities.

This is a well-established ENT practice with full clinical support, onsite audiology, access to advanced surgical technology (including robotic surgery), and a manageable call schedule with no weekends. The role includes a mix of clinic and OR time, competitive compensation, a sign-on bonus, and excellent work-life balance.

Position Overview

  • Primarily outpatient clinical role with OR support and limited inpatient responsibilities
  • Schedule:
    • Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • 36 patient contact hours / 4 administrative hours
  • Approximately 2 days in the OR, 2.5 days in clinic, and 0.5 day admin
  • No weekend call
  • Call rotation: currently 1:3, moving to 1:4 with new hire
  • Occasional inpatient follow-up and ED call coverage during clinic hours
  • Cerner EMR

Practice & Team

You will join an established ENT team that includes:

  • Three ENT physicians
  • Advanced practice provider support
  • Onsite audiology with a dedicated audiologist
  • Dedicated RN and full clinical support staff

Scope of Practice

  • Bread-and-butter ENT practice with approximately 30% pediatric patients
  • Average clinic volume: 25–30+ patients per day
  • Patient population spans newborns to geriatrics

Technology & Resources

  • Access to multiple operating rooms with low infection rates
  • Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System
  • Advanced diagnostic and imaging capabilities, including PET scans, CT, MRI, and more
  • Head and neck cancer specialists on-site
